Founded in 2016 by the visionary President & CEO, Mr. Mark Anthony J. Gamis, Bicol Auto-Search began its journey as a secondhand car agent services business. Despite holding a degree in nursing, Mr. Gamis felt that his true calling lay elsewhere. He ventured into various businesses, facing numerous challenges and failures along the way.
Over the years, Mr. Gamis embarked on multiple business ventures, with each endeavor characterized by its share of obstacles. These ventures were marked by ups and downs, often referred to as a "bumpy ride." Throughout it all, Mr. Gamis exhibited determination and perseverance.
During this time, Mr. Gamis owned a Mitsubishi Mirage named "Baby M." Personally selling this vehicle sparked an idea to offer reliable pre-owned vehicles to the local community. This experience marked the birth of Bicol Auto-Search's commitment to providing quality secondhand automobiles.
In 2021, Bicol Auto-Search took a significant stride forward by openning an office, car care services shop, car rental services, and hiring personnels. This action bolstered the company's operations and strategic direction, setting the stage for further growth and expansion.
The year 2022 witnessed another pivotal collaboration for Bicol Auto-Search. The company joined forces with businesses such as Lightzone Electric Power Distribution Services and POC Aircon Maintenance Services. This collaborations not only diversified the company's portfolio but also paved the way for synergies between the businesses.
